چکیده
Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Background Autonomic neuropathy commonly arises as a long-term complication in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and can be diagnosed from heart rate variability (HRV), calculated electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings. Purpose There is limited data about HRV using real-time ECG according to electrolyte levels during hemodialysis (HD) patients with CKD. Methods Total 50 (62.1±10.7 years) CKD underwent continuous monitor (237.4±15.3 mins) HD for remote monitoring system checked before/after HD. And we compared levels. Results During the monitor, total 2374 times level simultaneously all patients. Both time frequency domain were higher when had lower K+ change (<0.5mEq/L) those (>0.5mEq/L) Table. In addition, there incidence arrhythmic events including atrial/ventricular premature complexes, even though no difference mean group (P<0.001). Conclusions Poor controlled was independently associated This further substantiated by independent associations between measures HRV. These strongly suggest that cardiac autonomic dysfunction caused alone.

Effects of fluid overload on heart rate variability in chronic kidney disease patients on hemodialysis
BACKGROUND While fluid overload (FO) and alterations in the autonomic nervous system (ANS) such as hypersympathetic activity, are known risk factors for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in patients on chronic hemodialysis (HD), their relationship has not been thoroughly studied. METHODS In this observational study involving 69 patients on chronic HD, FO was assessed by whole body bioimp...
متن کاملTitle : Effects of fluid overload on heart rate variability in chronic kidney disease patients on hemodialysis
1st para: It is now considered good reporting practice to avoid labeling individuals with their disease or disability. E.g. “chronic haemodialysis patients”. A more appropriate description could be “patients on chronic HD”. Please consider changing throughout. We changed the description of the patients throughout the paper. The abstract lacks specificity and as currently reads, cannot stand on ...
متن کاملEvaluation of Glomerular Filtration Rate Estimating Formulas in Diabetic Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective: Measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the best determinant in assessment of kidney function for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. As extremely accurate methods of GFR measurement (i.e. Inulin clearance) are expensive and Time-consuming and due to limitations of the 24 hour urine collection method, some formula have been developed for the GFR measurement. Here we have ...
متن کاملNon-Linear Heart Rate Variability Indices in the Frequent Hemodialysis Network Trials of Chronic Hemodialysis Patients.
BACKGROUND Non-linear heart rate variability (HRV) indices were hypothesized to correlate with cardiac function, fluid overload and physical performance in hemodialysis patients. METHODS Twenty-four-hour Holter electrocardiograms were recorded in patients enrolled in the Frequent Hemodialysis Network (FHN) Daily Dialysis Trial. Correlations between non-linear HRV indices and left ventricular ...
متن کاملHeart rate variability and heart rate turbulence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
BACKGROUND In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients, functional and structural changes of the respiratory system greatly influence cardiovascular autonomic functions. Determining autonomic balance may be important in understanding the pathophysiology of COPD and useful clinically in the treatment of COPD patients. Heart rate variability (HRV) and heart rate turbulence (HRT) are ...
